Abstract

Dear friends: When a few years ago you placed your trust in us to assume the direction of the SEDEN, we already expressed our feelings of recognition and respect for all those who preceded us in this institution, the founders, boards of directors, members, and each and every one of you, the MEMBERS for the countless signs of affection and support we have received since this project began. After our last Congress we began to remember all those people we have met during these six years, wonderful people whose participation and trust have been "the essential essence" that has allowed us to reach so far. We have not been alone, we have had excellent professionals at our side, all our members in the front line, it has been very easy to work with them and we are very proud of their commitment and dedication. The team of the magazine ENFERMERÍA NEFROLÓGICA, our group of teachers, speakers, moderators, assessors and of course our administrative staff, Ana María, Julia and Raúl; who are the real guardians of the SEDEN and of each of its members: they are always there, they know the structure intimately and they are the soul of our Society. Without them none of this would have been possible. As you can see, a great team and also great people, we would never have been able to run this Society without their collaboration.
