Abstract

If every year we look forward to our annual event, this Congress was even more special. In spite of the adversity, we consider that our Scientific Society has been victorious in the challenge that our XXXVII meeting represented: 146 papers presented and the complete Programme made us feel that it would be as profitable as ever. In spite of the setbacks, we should not miss the opportunity to meet and we chose with care and special affection, the motto of the Congress: Care, Quality and Commitment, because these terms perfectly define what Nephrological Nursing offers the Society and also serve to describe the magnificent work carried out by the Organising Committee. Congratulations. And because each one of the research projects that have been presented shows that care, quality and commitment have enriched all of us during these days, giving testimony of dedication, creativity, a lot of enthusiasm; and increasingly technical, both in the research methodology and in the subsequent thematic exhibition.
