Abstract
Since the interest of a clinical case is that it presents a special situation, it has to be assessed when publishing it what kind of novelty it offers. Its interest may lie, among other things, in the presentation of a rare pathology, in the abnormal response of a patient to a treatment or in the description of an innovative therapeutic intervention. Renal transplantation is today the desirable option for people suffering from end-stage renal disease and from a surgical point of view it can be considered of very little risk.
