Abstract
The concept of Open Access (OA) is not only related to the accessibility of the scientific document, but also to the more or less restrictive permissions for reuse depending on the rights reserved for its distribution. Based on this idea, numerous initiatives, both for-profit and not-for-profit, have emerged with the aim of facilitating universal access to scientific publications via the Internet.
